NEW YORK, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- In an interview that airs tonight on the BLOOMBERG TELEVISION(R) network, Chuck Hagel, Senior Republican Senator and member of the Foreign Relations Committee, tells Al Hunt that presidential candidates Rudy Giuliani and Hillary Clinton are "recklessly irresponsible" and acting like "cowboys" in criticizing rival candidate Barack Obama's call for direct talks with Iran on its nuclear program.
