EXALTED: BISHOP PAUL MORTON -- Narrated by Blair Underwood, EXALTED, a ground-breaking, new, weekly series, explores the lives of African American ministers as they prepare their sermons, lead their congregation, perform weekly ministerial duties and live their everyday lives. This week, EXALTED goes on the journey of life with Bishop Paul Morton and follows him as he talks about creating a new Christian denomination that incorporates the traditions and practices of both the Baptists and Pentecostals. We also learn of the devastating events of his personal and professional life. Through it all, he not only survives but sees his resilience as a testimony to the healing and transformative power of God.

COLLEGE HILL: INTERNS (SPECIAL 1 HOUR PREMIERE) -- This exciting new spin- off delves into the inter-personal and business dynamics of 10 college students living in a new city, hanging out in their new digs, and most importantly, working at their new and exciting summer jobs. Each cast member will participate in a challenging six-week internship program in which they will be assigned various competitive tasks including mind-building exercises, interactive workshops, marketing, event planning, focus testing, community service outreach and company promotions with organizations like Toyota, McDonald's and BET's Rap-It-Up campaign, while at the same time experiencing Chi-town's nightlife and co-existing under one roof. New York Times best- selling author and medical expert Dr. Ian Smith will be on hand to mentor the interns and evaluate each of them to determine who will shine and who will crack under pressure. While juggling their professional and personal lives won't be easy, these COLLEGE HILL: INTERNS will ultimately walk away with a well-rounded education of what life is REALLY like outside the four walls of a college classroom.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 24 10PM*
AMERICAN GANGSTER: DC SNIPERS -- Premiering on the fifth anniversary of the very day they were arrested, AMERICAN GANGSTER explores the lives and social impact of the "DC Snipers." In October 2002, the D.C. Snipers introduced a new kind of terror to the United States. For three weeks, the killers shot people at random -- ordinary citizens doing the most mundane things -- shopping, pumping gas, waiting for a bus. No one was immune and no activity was safe. Six million people across two states and six counties were in the crosshairs, traumatized by two psychopaths on a private jihad.
Called "sober, intelligent and appropriately judgmental," by Newsday and "a savvy push into more challenging territory," by Variety, BET'S AMERICAN GANGSTER explores the rise and subsequent fall of some of the country's most notorious African American criminals of all time and the impact their crimes had on the communities in which they were committed. Narrated by Ving Rhames, AMERICAN GANGSTER creates a provocative and alternative view of Black America through these criminal's eyes.
