The 2007-08 FIS World Cup season begins Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October 28 with the Men's and Women's Giant Slalom competition at Soelden, Austria. Race coverage of Saturday's Women's GS will air on SIRIUS channel 110 starting at noon ET. Sunday's Men's GS will air on SIRIUS channel 151 starting at noon ET.

The FIS World Cup features world-class American skiers Bode Miller, Julia Mancuso, Ted Ligety, Lindsey Kildow, Marco Sullivan and others as they compete against international men's and women's ski racing champions Benjamin Raich (Austria), Didier Cuche (Switzerland), Aksel Svindal (Norway), Nicole Hosp (Austria), Marlies Schild (Austria) and Anja Paerson (Sweden) at venues around the world.
