Nikki Sixx to Sign 'The Heroin Diaries' at Borders(R) Westwood Store

 ANN ARBOR, Mich., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ --    Who:   Nikki Sixx is the co-founder and bassist of the legendary rock          band of the 80s, Motley Crue. When Motley Crue was at the height of          its fame, there wasn't any drug Sixx wouldn't do. In one of the          most unique memoirs of addiction ever published, "The Heroin          Diaries," Sixx shares mesmerizing diary entries from the year he          spiraled out of control in a haze of heroin and cocaine, presented          alongside riveting commentary from people who were there at the          time. To ensure he is able to meet as many customers as possible, Sixx will be unable to personalize his signature. No posed photographs may be taken during the book signing. No memorabilia, videos or DVDs will be signed. Sixx will sign up to five copies of "The Heroin Diaries" per line ticketed guest. All copies of "The Heroin Diaries" must be purchased before they are signed.

Beginning Sept. 18 at 10 a.m. tickets will be given out to customers who purchase copies of "The Heroin Diaries" to be signed by Sixx. These tickets will be given out on a first come, first served basis and will hold each person's place in line. The line will begin forming at 5 p.m. Borders cannot guarantee that all customers with line tickets will have the opportunity to meet Sixx and obtain an autograph.

Previously purchased copies of "The Heroin Diaries" must be presented for stickering when checking in for this event.
