Beijing Asian Union HaoGe Media & Culture Company Limited Signs Distribution Agreement with Greater China Media & Entertainment Corporation for its 'Tough Guy' Movie
BEIJING, Sept. 10 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greater China Media & Entertainment Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: GCME) (GCME), an integrated professional media and entertainment company, announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Beijing Asian Union HaoGe Media & Culture Company Limited (HaoGe), giving HaoGe the permanent and exclusive right to distribute GCME's movie 'Tough Guy' within China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, via Pay TV, Free TV and Pay-Per-View and online distribution. The agreement is valued at one million Chinese RMB (approximately US $133,333).
HaoGe is a subsidiary of Asian Union New Media Limited, a dominant media group engaged in producing TV dramas and movies. Recent statistics show that China has more than 300 million TV viewers and one billion potential TV viewers, in addition to more than 100 million netizens, or people who are actively involved in online communities.
