LOS ANGELES, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asia Global Holdings Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: AAGH) Subsidiary China Media Power (CMP) is pleased to announce that the first episode of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" will air in China on September 29. This will be the first airing of the globally successful TV quiz show in mainland China.

The first episode of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" will be broadcast in prime time at 8:40PM local China time by GuiZhou satellite TV GZTV1 giving 517 million home TV viewers in mainland China access to the breakthrough event. Each episode including the first will run for 90 minutes. The show will air every Saturday in the same time slot. In 2006 GZTV was rated 9th overall amongst all China TV broadcasters.

CMP, a 60% owned subsidiary of Asia Global Holdings Corp, will produce a minimum of 104 episodes of "Who Wants to Be A Millionaire?" for broadcast nationwide in China.
