(LBI) has been expanding its Spanish-language services throughout key U.S. Hispanic markets and is proud to announce the expansion of its national sales representation team through the opening of its first office in Chicago, Illinois. Led by Chicago native Sofia Carrera, a graduate of Loyola University Chicago and a thirteen-year professional in the Spanish media industry, our newest sales representation office in Chicago will service the entire Midwestern region of the U.S. Carrera's media experience has ranged from being a Local Sales Manager to General Sales Manager at successful radio stations across the U.S., including, most recently, as National Sales Manager of KTCY-FM and KZZA-FM in Dallas, Texas. Carrera's success in the Spanish broadcasting industry has led her back to her Chicago hometown. "I've been working at Liberman Broadcasting's Dallas operation for the past year and I am excited to be a part of such a successful company in the Hispanic market. It's nice to be back in Chicago.
