A One-Stop Shopping Experience for Today's Renter

DENVER, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News will present Colorado's first Rental Lifestyles Event on Saturday, June 2, at the 2007 Capitol Hill People's Fair. The event will be located in the Denver Newspaper Agency building at 101 W. Colfax Avenue.

The Post-News Rental Lifestyles Event, in partnership with the Capitol Hill People's Fair and the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, is an opportunity for renters to find the perfect community or property to fit their needs. From Longmont to Castle Rock, there will be property managers displaying hundreds of properties to accommodate any lifestyle.

The partnership with the People's Fair is a natural fit when one considers that of the 250,000 attendees at the Fair, 57% are renters.

"Today's renter cares about the type of community they live in. They are looking to match their lifestyle and personal needs," said April Dauzat, Real Estate and Rental Manager for the Denver Newspaper Agency. "We are pleased to offer a conduit for renters to meet with property representatives from all over the front range."

The rental event hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 2. Admission is free.
