Christian Pop Artist, Warren Barfield, Will Perform For Rocky Bayou Christian School To Raise Funds For Ball Field Lights

NICEVILLE, Fla., June 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Christian pop artist, Warren Barfield (http://www.warrenbarfield.com/) will perform on the Rocky Bayou Christian School athletic fields, August 4, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. The concert will start at 5:00 p.m. with performances from the RBCS Jazz ensemble and First Baptist Church of Niceville praise band. Proceeds from the concert will benefit the athletic department to purchase ball field lights.

The evening will entail an intimate setting with Warren to explain the meaning of his songs and take questions from the audience. An energetic blend of acoustic rock, one is torn between clapping, dancing, or just closing their eyes and listening as his lyrics paint the picture of a believer's ongoing relationship with Christ.

Warren is a talented singer, songwriter and musician, but these abilities alone do not define him. He is an anointed young minister who regularly stops strumming his guitar in concert long enough to relay Biblical truth.

He also enjoys the time away from the stage, where he makes friends of his listeners. This has made him a favorite of both youth and youth workers around the country. His grounded advice seems to go well beyond his twenty-three years of life experience.

RBCS will have food and drinks for purchase. Shuttle service and parking will be at Rocky Bayou Baptist Church. Please bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Rocky Bayou Christian School was established in Niceville, FL in 1973. The school serves students K-3 through 12th grade and the current enrollment is approximately 820. RBCS provides specialized curriculum for advanced, regular and special services students. RBCS also provides an umbrella program for home schooling programs.
