Roger Lodge Signs On to Host New GSN Game Series 'CAMOUFLAGE'
Series Airs Monday-Friday at 7:30 PM Beginning July 2
SANTA MONICA, Calif., May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- GSN has tapped Roger Lodge for its newest hidden word game show, CAMOUFLAGE. Best known from the popular dating series "Blind Date," Lodge will host his first series for the network as production begins in Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 30. The series will debut Monday, July 2 at 7:30 PM ET/PT on GSN and will air on weeknights thereafter. The announcement was made today by Jamie Roberts, Senior Vice President of Programming for GSN.
From Disney's Buena Vista Productions, CAMOUFLAGE is an artfully compelling mix of trivia and word puzzle. Lodge will preside over puzzles composed of a series of seemingly random letters, however, hidden within each puzzle is the answer to a clue. The contestants are given a preliminary hint and game play begins. The decoy letters drop away one at a time until someone buzzes in with an answer. The sooner a puzzle is solved the more points it is worth.

No stranger to the game show world, Lodge hosted a live, stage version of "The Price Is Right" in Atlantic City and Las Vegas, and was also host of ESPN's "Trivial Pursuit." He is a regular guest analyst on ESPN's "Jim Rome Is Burning" and was the host for seven consecutive years of one of America's favorite reality dating shows, "Blind Date."
Lodge and his wife, Pamela, have three children and reside in California and Maryland.
