ActiveVideo Goes 'Live' in ICTV Booth at Cable Show

Channels from Major Programmers, Personalized Video Mosaic to be Unveiled

P:Mosaic allows subscribers for the first time to build      personalized menus from the hundreds of available channels, according      to individual preferences; to manage preferences from any Web-connected      device; to view and preview numerous television channels      simultaneously; and to interact with targeted, auditable and actionable      advertising;    -- A joint solution that will allow programmers to insert graphic elements      into linear channels that will prompt viewers to switch directly to an      ActiveVideo Channel or advertising showcase, without returning to the      channel guide or VOD interface, enabling the delivery of higher-value      ads.   

ActiveVideo Channels allow network operators and programmers to provide an unlimited variety of content in a personalized experience that includes access to entire libraries of video, navigational elements, channel branding, targeted, interactive banner advertisements, and links to ad showcases.

ActiveVideo composites linear and on-demand programming with broadband content in the network into personalized MPEG video streams.
