Viacom Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

NEW YORK, Oct. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA; VIA.B) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on Viacom's Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable January 1, 2006, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2005.
