Tribune Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tribune Company's board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.18 per share on common stock, payable on Dec. 8, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 23, 2005. The board's action took place at today's regularly scheduled meeting.
