Tom Joyner Announces Star-Studded Lineup for Mistletoe Jam

'The Queen of Soul' Aretha Franklin, Dennis Edwards & the Temptations Revue, Faith Evans, Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans to perform in Holiday-Themed Concert

DALLAS, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Tom Joyner, host of the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner Show radio show and host of the new hit "Tom Joyner Show" syndicated television series, announced the star studded talent lineup for his first ever Mistletoe Jam.

The Ford sponsored event, slated for December 10 at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, will include musical icon Aretha Franklin, R&B songstress Faith Evans, gospel greats Yolanda Adams and CeCe Winans, and Dennis Edwards and the Temptations Revue with more acts to be announced.

"This event brings together some of the best in the business for a concert like no other," says Tom Joyner, whose syndicated radio show reaches more than 8 million listeners weekly in over 115 markets. "Gospel, hip-hop, and classic R&B and soul on the same stage! Now, that's a jam. That's a Mistletoe Jam. What a way to enjoy the holiday season!"

With tickets on sale October 15, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Tom Joyner Foundation. Created by Tom Joyner, the not-for-profit foundation is dedicated to helping students continue their education at HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities).

Tickets will be available at the Joe Louis Arena Box office, all Ticketmaster outlets including Marshall Fields and Ticketmaster.com, and charge by phone at 248-645-6666. Tickets are priced at $75, $60, and $45.
