NEW YORK, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) today announced that Oxygen Network's resident "sexpert," Sue Johanson, will bring her hit television show, Talk Sex with Sue Johanson, one of Oxygen's most top-rated shows, to SIRIUS Stars, channel 103 Sunday nights from 9 pm to 1 am ET starting October 23, 2005.

The program bolsters SIRIUS' expanding programming lineup for women, which includes Martha Stewart Living Radio, Cosmopolitan (Magazine) Radio, Richard Simmons and now Sue Johanson. Her huge fan base will now be able to learn and laugh with her while they are in their cars and all over the country with SIRIUS Satellite Radio.

"Sue is a luminary in the world of sex therapy. Her talk show has the perfect balance of humor and intelligence which will be a great resource for our listeners," said Scott Greenstein, SIRIUS President of Entertainment and Sports. "The addition of Talk Sex is a testament to SIRIUS' commitment of providing our female audience with the best talent and programming in all of radio."

"I am thrilled that Americans have an additional opportunity to experience Talk Sex. I first started in radio 20 years ago and now I feel I have come full circle by joining the SIRIUS family," says Sue Johanson. "SIRIUS is innovative and recognizes the need for straight-talking radio. I love what I do and look forward to continuing the show with Oxygen and SIRIUS."

As a registered nurse and venerable leader in sex education and counseling, Johanson's mix of humor and candid, practical advice about love and sex has made Talk Sex one of Oxygen's most popular programs.

In 1984 Johanson began hosting the popular radio program Sunday Night Sex Show in her native Canada, which was brought to Canadian television in 1996 and to Oxygen Network in 2002. Johanson is the subject of one book, Nocturnal Admissions: Behind the Scenes of the Sunday Night Sex Show, published in 2002, and she has also authored three books herself: Talk Sex, Sex is Perfectly Natural but not Naturally Perfect, and Sex, Sex, and More Sex.

Sue Johanson joins SIRIUS' unique lineup of talk, music, news, sports and entertainment brands and personalities such as Martha Stewart Living Radio (coming in Fall 2005), Howard Stern (coming January 2006), Bill Bradley's American Voices, Lance Armstrong's Armstrong Radio, Jim Breuer Unleashed!, Adam Curry's PodShow, Jimmy Buffett's Radio Margaritaville, In Bed with Robert Evans, Tony Hawk's Demolition Radio and many others.
