Peak Entertainment Announces Licensing Agreement with Fun 2 Learn Ltd.

NEW YORK, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Peak Entertainment Holdings Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: PKEH) , a fully integrated multimedia company dedicated to quality children's and family entertainment, character licensing and consumer products, announced an agreement with Fun 2 Learn Ltd. to license high profile coin operated character rides based upon Muffin the Mule.

The agreement will see Fun 2 Learn manufacture and site Muffin the Mule children's coin operated rides at Supermarkets and major shopping centres such as Asda/Walmart, Tesco Stores, etc, across the UK from spring 2006.

"Children's character rides are powerful extensions of our brand awareness program that also provide a fun and entertaining environment for parents and children," said Phil Ogden, Managing Director of Peak Entertainment. "The classic character of Muffin has always had a special affinity with ride-ons and we are proud to uphold that tradition with the industry leader Fun 2 Learn," added Wilf Shorrocks, CEO of Peak Entertainment.

"We are honored to be working with Peak Entertainment on this classic character," commented Ashley Heron, Managing Director of Fund 2 Learn. "Muffin lends itself perfectly to our rides and with our anticipated roll out into premier sites we expect to generate huge awareness for Peak."

About Muffin the Mule

Muffin the Mule, based on the hugely popular BBC (British Broadcasting Company) series in the 1940's and 50's, is a new animated television series, which targets children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old. The series has been commissioned for broadcast by the BBC and launched in September 2005 on the UK's premier terrestrial children's portal CBBC and CBeebies (Children's BBC).

Muffin the Mule has a place in British television history as the first ever TV character brand and the new show is a modern adaptation of the original concept. The producers have worked closely with the BBC to retain the same subject matter and core values of fun, friendship and loyalty, qualities that are as relevant and entertaining today as they were originally.

Muffin the Mule celebrates his 60th anniversary in 2006 and the activity planned to commemorate the first 'star' of British television will be a major factor in re-awakening parents' and grandparents' affinity with their childhood icon. This usually results in a whole new audience being introduced to the rich depth of characters associated with these unique classic brands. Further, the anticipated interest from retailers who continue to nurture the trend in consumer retro-brand confidence is expected to deliver a platform to establish an international classic brand proposition comparable to Thomas the Tank Engine or Winnie the Pooh.
