NEW YORK, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Apparel and accessories for tween and teen girls inspired by the characters of the hit Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 will be available at all major department stores starting this week. The line takes its cue from the casual California looks of the show, which stars Jamie Lynn Spears as Zoey, a student at the newly co-ed Pacific Coast Academy boarding school.

With the Zoey 101 line, girls can aspire to be Pacific Coast Academy cool with fashions that take their cue from Zoey's ensemble cast. The clothes are Southern California-inspired -- with looks that are comfortable and easy-to- wear for today's tweens and teens. Girls will love the retro-styled jeans with aged antique washes, denim patches and embroidery ($38.00). Crinkle nylon peasant skirts are perfectly in sync with current fashion trends this season. The Zoey line is no exception with interpretations that feature feature hand- stitched embellishments and sequined touches in hot colors like Pink Pepper and Zesty Orange ($30.00). Young fashionistas can feel the love in Zoey's Love & Rock top, that features 'love' on the front and 'rock' on the back with sequined accents ($24.99). The series is shot entirely on location in Malibu, CA and deals with a lot of "firsts" that viewers relate to including; first friendships, first crushes, first kisses and living away from home for the first time.
