With the popularity of Video Without Boundaries' MediaREADY Flyboy(TM) exploding on the scene of Personal Media Players, NBC affiliate WRC-TV in Washington, DC featured the unit on its "DIGITAL EDGE" segment with I.J. Hudson. In the television interview with David Novak, Executive Vice President at Video Without Boundaries, the portable multimedia player that records and plays back up to 40 hours of video, 100,000 digital pictures, or 370 hours of music on its 20 GB hard drive was demonstrated. Specific attention was shown to the AV inputs on the device allowing for television program and movie recording through the simple to use connection to DVD Players, VCRs, cable boxes or satellite boxes to capture programming.
In addition, both the VWB's MediaREADY 5000 and Flyboy were featured on the August 25, 2005 Bloomberg Boot Camp with Fred Fishkin on Bloomberg Radio. Bloomberg Radio's flagship station, Bloomberg 1130 (WBBR-AM), provides 24-hour business news for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. It is also available in the U.S. through XM and Sirius satellite radio and is distributed as far away as Singapore and Japan.
