Survey from AXE Lays Bare What Happens Behind the Shower Curtain and It's All Good, Dirty Fun
CHICAGO, Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Somebody grab a towel -- a new survey from AXE Shower Gel reveals that "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" steams up the screen with the "Hottest Movie Shower Scene." Following the pouty-lipped vixen's towel-dropping performance, "Cruel Intentions 2" (34 percent) and "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer" (26 percent) ranked second and third.
The survey of 18- to 24-year-old guys and girls also reveals that the "Hottest Music Video Shower Scene" appears in Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me a River," beating the shower writhing in Christina Aguilera's "Dirrty."
SHOWERING IS SOMETIMES MORE THAN ROUTINE
For many of the 1,000 guy and girl respondents, showering is much more than just getting in and out -- some like to get it on. Sure, only about 15 percent admit to having been "caught doing something personal to themselves," but that number doesn't reflect the guys and girls who haven't been caught. About 68 percent of guys and girls shave in the shower, 61 percent daydream (though no specifics whether they daydream while doing something personal to themselves), 43 percent admit to hooking up in the shower, and 39 percent admit to using the shower in lieu of the loo.
The survey also reveals some other frisky tidbits about the shower behaviors of guys and girls. More than 30 percent of guys say their girlfriends are their "favorite shower toy." However, some girls don't feel the same way about their boy toys -- 38 percent would rather play around with a massaging showerhead instead. When it finally comes down to getting clean, 62 percent of guys and girls say they prefer shower gels over bar soap.
