Media General Board Declares Dividend

RICHMOND, Va., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Media General's Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 21 cents per common share. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2005, to Class A and Class B shareholders of record on November 30, 2005.
