Liquid Compass Signs Exclusive North American Reseller Agreement With Ad Replacement Software Leader Spacial Audio

DENVER, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Liquid Compass (www.liquidcompass.net), a leading streaming media provider to the radio industry and Spacial Audio Solutions (www.spacialaudio.com), an innovator in ad replacement and audio automation software for the streaming industry, sign an exclusive reseller agreement for Spacial Audio's ad replacement software SOS4 (stream overlay system) and ad scheduling platform -- StreamAdz.

For the last three years, Liquid Compass and Spacial Audio have worked together to build tools that have revolutionized the streaming radio industry. By offering stream hosting services combined with customizable and interactive media players, in addition to Spacial Audio's ad replacement software, Liquid Compass has been able to provide an all-in-one solution for radio stations and networks. Under this new agreement, Liquid Compass will retain exclusive rights to sell and service radio stations in North America with Spacial Audio's SOS4 product tied into the StreamAdz platform.

Using Spacial Audio's SOS4 product combined with the StreamAdz platform, radio stations can traffic and manage streaming commercials as they normally would during a traditional over the air broadcast; separating each commercial by timeframe, advertiser campaign start and stop date and/or day-part. Each commercial is then inserted into the live stream, covering commercial spots that would be heard over the radio. Each new internet commercial is then synchronized simultaneously with an audio banner inside of Liquid Compass' customizable media players.
