Viacom Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

NEW YORK, July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Viacom Inc. (NYSE:VIA)(NYSE:and)(NYSE:VIA.B) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on Viacom's Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable October 1, 2005, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2005.
