Season One" and "Adam-12: Season One" helped set the stage for such contemporary dramas as "E.R." and "NYPD Blue" by depicting heroic emergency medical technicians, doctors and police officers who are ordinary people in extraordinary situations. "Emergency! Season One"

One of the first series to show what goes on in the daily lives of fire department and hospital employees, "Emergency! Season One" stars Kevin Tighe and Randolph Mantooth as tireless Los Angeles emergency medical technicians Roy DeSoto and John Gage. The show co-stars singer-songwriter-actor Bobby Troup, his real-life wife actress-singer Julie London and Robert Fuller ("Wagon Train"). Guest stars include Tony Dow ("Leave it to Beaver"), Ronne Troup ("My Three Sons"), and Jeff Donnell ("The Amazing Spider-Man"). "Adam-12"

The first realistic portrayal of the life of an L.A. beat cop in the 1960s and 1970s, Adam-12 starred Martin Milner and Kent McCord as intrepid Officers Pete Malloy and Jim Reed. Guest stars include Karen Black (Nashville, The Great Gatsby), Barry Williams ("The Brady Bunch") and Harry Dean Stanton (The Green Mile; Paris, Texas).
