Sprint Introduces Exclusive Music Tones From Metallica

Sprint names famed rock group as its July 'Featured Artist'

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Sprint (NYSE:FON) and Warner Bros. Records today announced that Sprint is the first wireless carrier to offer the songs of rock-music legends Metallica as ringers. Sprint customers will have an exclusive opportunity to personalize their mobile phones with Metallica's music by downloading Music Tones -- ringers made from actual clips of the band's songs -- direct from their Sprint PCS Vision(SM) Phones. As Sprint's July "Featured Artist," more than 20 Metallica Music Tones will be available for customers to choose from, including "Enter Sandman," "Fade to Black" and "For Whom The Bell Tolls."
