HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa., July 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Rock-It Cargo, USA, Inc. today announced the acquisition of R.E. Rogers, Inc., which conducts business under the tradename Rogers Worldwide. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
