Moss Side Dance Troupe Crack Top 40
LONDON, July 15/PRNewswire/ -- Five teenagers from a Manchester Dance Academy are set to crash into the Top 40 this week, starring as bodypopping spacemen in the Jupiter Ace video for '1000 Years'.
The youngsters - who all come from disadvantaged backgrounds in Moss Side and Cheadle Hulme - choreographed their own complicated routine in just a few hours and also made their own 'spacesuits' for the video.
The troupe's manager Darren Pritchard said, "They are amazing lads who are really making something of themselves. They even agreed to donate their fee to a fund to help other disadvantaged kids."
The dancers are available at short notice for interview and/or to perform their routine.
Jupiter Ace feat Shena '1000 Years' is out now on Manifesto Records (Universal)
