ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Now movie lovers can have it all. Not only does Starz On Demand offer the best movies Hollywood has to offer, starting at 12:01 a.m. ET on July 1st viewers can enter to win one of six complete home theaters.

"We know our customers are movie lovers, so we want to reward them by giving them what they love -- the best way to watch movies," said Doug Hartling, senior director of promotions for Starz On Demand. "Starz On Demand offers more than 100 movies each month for all members of the family, and now six lucky winners will be able to watch those movies in true theater style right in their own home."

Starz On Demand customers simply need to click on one or more of several "Winning Movies" during the sweepstakes period, submit that movie title online or via mail, and they are entered into the Sweepstakes. "We have identified the 'Winning Movies' throughout the many categories we offer, prompting viewers to navigate through the Starz On Demand menu, and learn about the various categories, extras and other features available, and become more comfortable with on demand programming as a whole," added Hartling.

The "Starz On Demand Home Theater Sweepstakes" runs from July 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006, and provides eligible entrants the chance to win:

* Six (6) grand prizes: Home Theater including a Panasonic 42" diagonal plasma HDTV (model TH-42PX50U), Panasonic Home Theater System (model SC-HT930), progressive scan DVD changer with super surround sound five-speaker system, home theater mode receiver and universal remote. Total prize package is valued at approximately $5,000.

A "Winning Movie" will have the words, "Congratulations! You've found a Big Screen Movie!" message at the beginning of the movie. To enter online, entrants will need a "Winning Movie" title from the Starz On Demand movie choices, and enter at www.starz.com. To enter via mail, write down the words, "Starz On Demand -- Your Movies are Waiting" on a 3" x 5" card, and mail to Starz On Demand Home Theater Sweepstakes, Dept. 4082, P.O. Box 5005, Stacy, MN 55078-5005.

Winners will be chosen on September 7, 2005, November 8, 2005, January 9, 2005, March 8, 2006, May 8, 2006 and July 7, 2006. Only one winner allowed per household, and entries are not carried over from one drawing to the next. For a complete list of rules, visit www.starz.com.
