MSX International to Provide Document Management Services for XM Satellite Radio

WARREN, Mich., June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- MSX International today announced that it has been chosen to provide document management services for the XM Satellite Radio Customer Care Group. MSX International, in conjunction with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. will provide services to improve operational efficiencies for XM Satellite Radio through the distribution and management of select administrative activities. Areas covered by the agreement will include lockbox services and the capture, processing and delivery of documents needed for new customer acquisition as well as for renewal programs.
