Matav Reports That a Claim Regarding Misleading Publication Was Stricken
NETANYA, Israel, May 16/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Matav-Cable Systems Media Ltd. (Nasdaq: MATV & TASE: MATV) announced today that further to the press release dated February 9, 2005 regarding a claim and a request to approve the claim as a class action, alleging that Matav has misled consumers within the framework of a certain sales promotion campaign, on May 15, 2005 the Tel Aviv- Jaffa District Court rendered a judgment according to which the claim was stricken.
