WorldSpace, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

WASHINGTON, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- WorldSpace, Inc. today announced that on April 13, 2005 it filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the initial public offering of its Class A common stock. UBS Securities LLC is the sole book-running manager of the offering.
