Eonstreams, Inc. Announces Strategic Expansion of Business Operations and Sales

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Eonstreams, Inc., the worldwide leader in providing streaming media solutions, announced today it has opened offices in New York City and in Dallas, Texas. Eonstreams is headquartered in Knoxville, TN., and already has a facility in Atlanta, GA.

The expansion was announced on the heels of the company's recently closed Series A venture capital financing round and following the most successful operational quarter in Eonstreams' history. In December 2004, Eonstreams was named one of the fifty fastest growing companies in Tennessee by Business Tennessee Magazine.

Eonstreams' New York City office will be responsible for the sales and marketing efforts of Eonstreams' advertising sales activities. The new office is headed by Donald K. Williams, Executive Vice President of Eonstreams, Inc. Mr. Williams joined Eonstreams with a well-established record of outstanding marketing and advertising sales accomplishments. He most recently served with the Petry Media Corporation as Vice President of National Sales. At Petry, Mr. Williams was responsible for "unwired network" sales for the television rep firm. Prior to his time at Petry, Mr. Williams was in charge of Blair Television's marketing division, having previously brought them to success in his capacity as head of sports sales advertising. A graduate of Northeastern University (B.S.) and the Harvard Business School (M.B.A.), Mr. Williams is also currently a member of the Nielsen Task Force for television measurement

The Dallas office will be focused on affiliating new radio broadcasters to Eonstreams' technology, as well as further developing and supporting current relationships with Eonstreams' radio clients. Radio broadcasters currently constitute 80% of Eonstreams' clientele. The Dallas office will be led by Denise Reiling, newly appointed Vice President of Affiliate Relations. Ms. Reiling brings to Eonstreams a total of 20 years of experience in the advertising and radio industry. Ms. Reiling served as Director of Affiliate Relations at ABC Radio Networks for almost 13 years, responsible for gaining and maintaining affiliated radio stations on a national level. During her time at ABC she experienced tremendous success developing key relationships with broadcast groups nationwide, and she continually increased performance levels among the team of managers she was responsible for supervising. Since leaving ABC in 2000 to focus on the Internet radio market, Ms. Reiling has performed a key role in negotiating affiliate contracts with groups such as Susquehanna Radio Corporation, Univision, Citadel Broadcasting, Emmis, and ABC.
