NEW YORK, and SACRAMENTO, Calif., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The Village Voice, the nation's premier alternative newsweekly, and Tower Records, America's leading independent music and movie retailer, today announced that Tower Records is the exclusive Music Retail Sponsor of the 5th Annual Village Voice SIREN MUSIC FESTIVAL(TM) at Coney Island, which will take place on Saturday, July 16th from 12:00 noon-9:00 p.m.
This free, all-day, all-ages, music festival will feature national and local bands performing live on two outdoor stages in historic Coney Island. As exclusive Music Retail Sponsor, Tower Records will welcome music fans and festival-goers to its festival booth, where they'll have the opportunity to meet their favorite performers in person, and be able to purchase CDs and have them signed by those artists throughout the day.
