WHAT: The Webby Awards, hailed as the "Oscars of the Internet" by The New York Times, has nominated Muppets.com as best celebrity website in both general Webby Awards and "People's Voice Award." While the Academy selects The Webby Awards' winners, the online public selects "The People's Voice Award" winners. WHEN: Voting is open to the public from April 12 - April 29, 2005

Winners will be announced on May 3, 2005 and honored at The Ninth Annual Webby Awards ceremony in New York City on June 6.
