USA Network Casting Inventors of All Ages For New Original Reality/Competition Series
'Made in the U.S.A.' Begins Four-City Casting Call on March 18
Applications Now Being Accepted!
NEW YORK, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Have you ever said to yourself, "Why didn't I think of that?" USA Network, in association with the TV shopping network HSN, is looking for people who think they have a revolutionary invention, but need that one big break to get their product out in the market. "Made in the U.S.A." is television's newest and most ingenious reality program where America's inventors and entrepreneurs get the opportunity to turn their dreams and passions into reality.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to polish and pitch your product for the chance to have it sold live on HSN. Contestants will participate in competitions, facing real-life challenges that inventors deal with in getting their product out to the public. Each week, products and inventors will be eliminated until the ultimate payoff when one lucky inventor team wins a contract with HSN.
Come meet with a casting producer at one of our open calls. Open calls are currently scheduled for the following cities and dates:
* Chicago: Friday, March 18 -- 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Brody, Tenner, & Paskal Casting 20 West Hubbard Street, Suite 2-E Chicago, IL 60610
* Los Angeles: Saturday, March 19 -- 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. NBC 3000 W. Alameda, Rehearsal Hall 1 Burbank, CA 91523

Requirements for entry into this unique competition are the following:
* All ages are welcome to apply; however, if you are below the age of 18, you must partner with a legal guardian. * Entrants must be a legal U.S. resident. * The invention or product must as least be at the prototype stage and the prototype must work and be something than can be seen and touched. * If the invention or product is beyond the prototype stage, it cannot already been mass-produced. It must be either ready for manufacturing or have only previously had a small production run. * The entrant can be the sole inventor of the invention or product but for the purposes of this competition, the entrant must have at least one partner. The partner can be virtually anyone the entrant would like to collaborate with while on the show.
