("AccessIT") (AMEX:AIX) announced that its Hollywood Software subsidiary has been selected by Fox International, a unit of Fox Entertainment Group, Inc. (NYSE:FOX) ("FOX"), to exclusively provide film distribution and release management software for its overseas operations.

Hollywood Software, a subsidiary of AccessIT, is the leading developer of proprietary transactional software for movie distributors and exhibitors in North America. Its Theatrical Distribution System (TDS(TM)) software manages key operational and financial elements of film distribution for domestic distributors, including four major Hollywood studios. Its newest product, TDS International, will be designed to support global movie releases. Hollywood Software's unique application design will incorporate worldwide functionality within a singular codebase to eliminate the costly burden of maintaining multiple territory-specific programs. The system will also seamlessly integrate with AccessIT's digital content delivery services provided through AccessIT''s Access Digital Media (AccessDM) subsidiary.
