Reactivity Continues Building Management Team David Ashton Heads Business Development; Glen Kosaka Named VP, Product Management BELMONT, Calif., Jan. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Reactivity, Inc. the leader in secure XML Web services deployment systems, today announced two new additions to its management team, appointing David Ashton to lead Reactivity's business development, responsible for all strategic alliances, and naming Glen "Kaz" Kosaka to the position of vice president of product management. In this newly created position, Kosaka will be responsible for the company's overall product strategy, including establishing the product roadmap and technology direction, as well as managing the product lifecycle. David Ashton Prior to joining Reactivity, David was vice president of business development at Cyclone Commerce, where he was responsible for establishing alliances with key strategic partners such as IBM and HP, as well as with key VARs. He also worked for Cyclone in London as director of international operations where he oversaw sales, marketing and business development for the company's non-US business. Prior to Cyclone, David worked with Goldman Sachs and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Brigham Young University. Prior to Extreme, he led product management, product marketing, and technical marketing groups at Resonate, driving growth from $1 million to more than $20 million in revenue with a successful IPO for the software-based load balancing and application performance management company. Kaz began his career in product management at Intel. He holds a BS in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
