Fahrenheit Entertainment to Form New Label Name Change to Follow; Corporate Restructuring Commences SAN MARCOS, Calif., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fahrenheit Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FHOT) announced today that it will be forming a new record label as it commences its formal restructuring. The new label, the name of which is expected to be announced soon, will aim to sign acts across a broad musical spectrum, incorporating them into a structure where the acts themselves control almost every aspect of their own operations, including finance and promotion, while being part of a larger, and public, organization. Coinciding with the launch of the new label, Fahrenheit will also be changing the name of the parent company to better reflect its new business model. The new name will be introduced upon the unveiling of the company's new web site, scheduled to be available for previews later this month.
