Adelphia Moves Outdoor Channel to Expanded Basic in Western Pennsylvania TEMECULA, Calif., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The Outdoor Channel (TOC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:OUTD), announced its move from Digital Plus service to Expanded Basic service on Adelphia Cable- Western Pennsylvania. The move, which makes TOC available through Adelphia's "Classic Cable" package, allows TOC to now be seen by more than 200,000 Adelphia customers in the Western Pennsylvania region.
