Scott Studios Begins New Customer Support Initiative With Daryl Webster DALLAS, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Scott Studios announced today the hiring of Daryl Webster as Vice President of Customer Support for the company's SS32, SS Flex, Maestro and Protege digital studio lines. Webster recently held similar supervisory positions for five years at Prophet Systems in Ogallala, Nebraska. He is a twenty year radio veteran, with three years customer service experience with RCS (Radio Computer Services) in White Plains, New York, plus ten years of announcing and program director background at stations in Seattle and Anchorage. Daryl Webster has considerable experience and training in support, including certification by the International Customer Service Association. Scott Studios also announced new features and upgrades to its Maestro digital system, including increased access speeds, expanded music displays and dayparting, as well as WAVE and MP3 capabilities. The Maestro support team is also being enlarged with the addition of Garlen Engler, 18 year veteran of Computer Concepts as Customer Support Technician and Quality Assurance Manager. Mr. Engler has written software and managed computer consulting companies in Kansas and Colorado. The Maestro software development team has been expanded by the addition of Linda Peckham. She has seven years experience at Computer Concepts and Scott Studios. She has dozens of years of software experience with other companies, including consulting and debugging the work of other developers.
