(NYSE:VIA)(NYSE:and)(NYSE:VIA.B), responsible for MTV Networks, Showtime, BET, Paramount Pictures and Simon & Schuster, today named Betsy Frank to the newly created position of Executive Vice President, Research and Planning, Viacom's Cable Networks, Film and Publishing.
