Paramount Pictures Conspires With the Grove to Bring Lemony Snicket Holiday Greetings to the Grove's Free Holiday Spectacular Sunday, Nov. 21 Stars and director of 'Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events to Read 'Twas The Night Before Christmas'' ... In the Voice of Lemony Snicket Himself LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Liam Aiken and Emily Browning, who portray the Baudelaire orphans in Paramount Pictures' and Dreamworks Pictures' "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events," join co-star Billy Connolly and director Brad Silberling in a Snickety rendition of the classic holiday poem "'Twas The Night Before Christmas" - in the voice of Lemony Snicket. The reading kicks off The Grove's annual Tree-Lighting Celebration on Sunday, November 21, at 8 p.m., hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. Complete with celebrities, Christmas carols, Santa Claus, an exciting fireworks display and snow falling, the pinnacle of the night is the lighting of a 110-foot Christmas tree, the tallest in all of L.A. county, which is adorned with Snickety ornaments. Surrounding the performance at The Grove will be over 15 store windows decorated with Lemony Snicket-themed displays, complete with costumes, props and artwork from the feature film.
