Dita has been with Salem Honolulu for the past 10 years. She started as on-air talent for Salem's Country station and was an Account Executive. For the past four and half years she has served as Director of Sales for the Hawaii stations.

Having lived in Hawaii for the past 27 years, Dita is well-entrenched and respected throughout the community. She has served as a Honolulu Commissioner, currently serves on the Veteran's Movement Board and is also a member of Hawaii Association of Broadcasters (HAB).
