As a fluent Mandarin speaker and seasoned marketing expert, award-winning independent film-maker and musician, Louis Cacciuttolo has a wealth of experience in brand and product marketing especially in the entertainment industry. He commented, "My passion lies in art, cinema, branding, and international business development. Understanding different cultures is key to the success of global distribution of content. The general lack of knowledge and expertise in this area given the mega budgets involved in international productions and in particular co-productions greatly handicap the studios' ability to market their projects effectively. Very often, lack of creative content relevancy and poor marketing strategies which fail to resonate with the audience put to waste their investment."
"There is much room for improvement and with my experience in Hollywood, Asia (in particular China) and Europe, I am eager to bring value to the entertainment industry in general. I consider myself very fortunate to pursue my passion in my career," he added.
In the meantime, Louis Cacciuttolo will also kick off a new venture revolving around his family business. Owner of Theatre du Minotaure, a XIX century theatre run by the family near the Mediterranean in the South of France, his vision is to capitalise on the rising demand in virtual reality and innovative form of entertainment among the Millennial Generation. He plans to expand the business to the US and to Asia, by extending the theatre's physical space with a digital platform dedicated to innovative, interactive and immersive content, in order to bridge the gap between live performance, filmmaking and virtual reality.

Louis Cacciuttolo was the mastermind behind the landmark strategic alliances forged between THX and China's leading bodies, China Film Group and SAPPRFT's Test Institute of Film Technical Quality, the only state authoritative test organization for the film industry. He was instrumental in building the THX business in China and to date, there are over a dozen of THX Certified cinemas which opened within a year after the signing of the strategic partnerships.
Commenting on his move, Louis Cacciuttolo said, "I had the immense privilege of managing the iconic THX brand, which is long considered the pinnacle of the studios and cinemas quality standard. Thanks to the dedication and commitment of my teams and partners, I was able to see the THX brand take root in China. It has been a rewarding experience to capitalise on the core brand values and legacy of THX. The hike in THX 's brand equity and the business growth particularly in China bear testament to the teams' relentless efforts."
