"I have been hosting events in San Bernardino County for 22 years and it's an incredible feeling to give back to the community that has been home to so many of Insomniac's events," said Pasquale Rotella, Founder and CEO of Insomniac. "Beyond Wonderland's economic boost wouldn't be possible without the support of our amazing fans who come from out of town and stay to explore all of the wonderful landmarks San Bernardino has to offer."

Last year, Beyond Wonderland, SoCal welcomed 70,000 fans to San Bernardino County over the course of the two-day festival. The study, commissioned by Insomniac, revealed that of the $15.5 million, festival attendee spending accounted for an economic output of $10.5 million. Ninety percent of attendees traveled from outside of San Bernardino County for the event, collectively spending an estimated $3.5 million on accommodations. Over two-fifths of attendees surveyed stayed in a hotel/motel for an average of 2.2 days, which amounts to over 7,250 room nights.

Additionally, guests spent approximately $4.2 million on food and beverage - equal to 211 million IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes; $1.3 million on transportation - or 49,000 round-trip rides on the Metrolink from Los Angeles Union Station to San Bernardino; and $1.5 million on entertainment and retail - over 121,000 movie tickets at the Ontario Mills AMC. Insomniac spending was responsible for a $5 million fiscal impact.

The economic impact created by Beyond Wonderland supported the equivalent of 277 full-time jobs and increased labor income for workers in San Bernardino County by $5.2 million. The festival also generated an estimated $1.7 million in taxes for state and local governments; enough revenue to support 97 full rides to CSU San Bernardino. Insomniac has brought over one million fans to San Bernardino county since the company first began holding events in the region in 1994.

Weekend passes for this 18+ event are on sale now, here. Two-day general admission and VIP passes (for those 21 and over), start at $149 and $329 respectively, before service fees. A variety of camping passes are also available for purchase.
