New Editor-in-chief and Food Editor-in-Chief named
to Canada's ultimate food and women's lifestyle resource

MONTRÉAL, Feb. 19, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Canada's most-read women's magazine is pleased to announce Jes Watson as the new Editor-in-Chief, as well as renowned chef Mike Ward, as Food content Editor-in-Chief. Both will be reporting to Sandra Martin, Group Publisher.

The notable Mike Ward needs no introduction. Mike's insatiable appetite for creating culinary content has lead him all over the world, writing, photographing and curating recipes and food related stories for highly respected print, online and television outlets.

As Editor-in-Chief, Jes Watson will work closely with pillar directors, on-staff editors and freelance writers to ensure content is topically relevant and of high interest to Canadian Living. With the Group Publisher, she will build and implement strategies to ensure the magazine grows its reputation as a digital leader, and continues to be Canada's most-read women's lifestyle publication.

Less than a year after joining Canadian Living as Multiplatform Editorial Director/Editor-in-Chief, Sandra Martin was promoted to the role of Group Publisher, Toronto, overseeing content strategy for all of TVA Publication's English brands. She manages content and brand image, as well as expand our titles on a multi-platform basis, while supporting all sales activities. She works closely with the two French-language Editors in Chief, in the goal of making our multi-platform magazine offer even more solid and profitable in Canada.
