Hosts of popular I HATE MY Series invade Annapolis to help homeowners with their homes

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Feb. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- By this time of year, cabin fever has really set in, and homeowners have had plenty of time to look at that worn out old kitchen, bath, and dream of a wonderful backyard oasis to enjoy the warmer months. The Annapolis Home and Garden Expo has made special arrangements to help save the day by bringing in ALL THREE hosts of the I Hate My Series from the DIY Network. James Young, Host of I Hate My Kitchen, Sara Bendrick from I Hate My Yard, and Jeff Devlin from I Hate My Bath will all present FREE educational seminars to help homeowners get started!

The Home and Garden Expo is Feb. 27-28 at it's new home, the Byzantium Conference and Event Center. The event will feature over 70 companies showcasing everything from landscaping, kitchen and bath, decking, fencing, countertops, tile, home energy systems, window treatments, roofing, waterproofing, heating and air plus, additions and remodeling, whole house design and build, sunrooms, closet and counter organization, adaptable solutions for seniors and fun things including gourmet cheeses, and imported olive oils. The new venue offers more space and parking for exhibitors and guests and a more comfortable atmosphere for guests to meet local and regional companies to plan home improvements.

Guests are also invited to bring family keepsakes, heirlooms, collectibles for appraisal all weekend by Todd Peenstra of Peenstra Antiques, one of the regions' leading appraisers. Guests may also participate in a seminar by Rachel Jennifer, of Rachel Jennifer Design featuring tips for organizing their homes.

Tickets are available at the door. Adults are $5. Tickets for active and retired military are only $3.
