Mark Gray, President of Katz Radio Group, Will Return as Honorary Trustee

WASHINGTON, Feb. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Alliance for Women in Media and its Foundation (AWM/F) are pleased to announce Katz Media Group, the largest media representation company in America, will return as a 2016 partner, and Mark Gray, Katz Radio Group's President, will continue as an AWM/F Honorary Trustee.

"Katz Media Group is an important partner to the Alliance for Women in Media," said Kristen Welch, AWM/F Chair and SVP, Global Content Operations, Discovery Communications, Inc. "Through partnerships like the one we have with Katz and Mark Gray as HT, AWM is able to recognize outstanding women in media, continue to build a community for members to connect and create a network of like-minded professionals that is unlike any other in the industry."

"Over my career I've had the privilege of working with some of the most inspiring and talented women in our industry," said Mark Gray, President of Katz Radio Group. "I am thrilled to continue as an Honorary Trustee supporting the Foundation's work empowering women to reach their full potential - both personally and professionally -- and drive positive growth for our industry."

The Katz Media Group partnership includes sponsorship at The Women's Room @ NAB Show, April 18, 2016; a Gold Sponsorship at the Gracie Awards Gala, May 24, 2016 at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, Calif.; the Writer Sponsorship at the Gracie Awards Luncheon, June 21, 2016 at Cipriani 42(nd) Street in New York City and an Honorary Trustee.

The Honorary Trustee program at AWM/F offers senior executives the opportunity to engage and influence the strategy of AWM/F and its support of women in media. The HT program highlights ways to work together that are exclusive to Honorary Trustees and not available at any other partnership level through the Alliance for Women in Media or the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation.

Mark Gray joins Rebecca Hanson, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and Jason Bailey, Sun Broadcast Group, as an Honorary Trustee.
