TORONTO, Jan. 28, 2016 /CNW/ - Grab the popcorn and the controller, shomi(TM) is now available on the PlayStation®4 (PS4(TM)) system. Announced today, shomi members have another way to play all the TV shows and movies they can handle. From award-winning series like Mr. Robot, Empire, Fargo, and Mozart in the Jungle, to complete seasons of iconic shows like Sons of Anarchy, Vikings, and Bob's Burgers, as well as Hollywood hits such as The Divergent Series: Insurgent, Cloverfield, and The Simpsons Movie - shomi's got game. The PS4 system streams from the shomi app, meaning members will get the full shomi experience, in HD quality, on their TV screen. Log on and enjoy new TV shows and movies added weekly.

How does it work? First, secure your activation code through the shomi app on the PS4 system. Then head to shomi.com/activate, select PS4, and log in. Once you enter your activation code you'll be ready to start streaming on your PS4 system. Members can access all that shomi has to offer, including the full functionality of the shomi online experience such as easily resuming from where you left off, adding titles to your shomi Later list, curated shomi Collections for all ages, and up to six profiles per account. Just log on and play!

shomi features new content weekly, including series only available in Canada on shomi, like Blunt Talk, The Art of More, and Catastrophe; exclusive day-and-date releases of buzz-worthy series such as Fresh Off the Boat, iZOMBIE, and The Originals; and full seasons of iconic favourites like It'sAlways Sunny in Philadelphia, Last Man on Earth, and Parks and Recreation. Members will also discover great movies, hand-picked shomi Collections, plus kids and family favourites to enjoy together.
