Two Well-Known Artists in the EDM & Progressive Music Scene come together to form Binary Hertz
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Matty Spangler and Jeremy Miller, two well-known artists and producers in the EDM, Progressive and Electro music scene, have brought their collective music talents together to form the dance music powerhouse, Binary Hertz. The group produces and DJ's everything under the umbrella of EDM, but mostly along the lines of Electro, Trance, Progressive House, Funky & Tech House. Their unique genre crossing style will always focus on a big room sound, tailored specifically for a packed dance floor. To support the new Binary Hertz venture, Matty and Jeremy recently built a music production studio in SoCal. The studio is host to the latest state of the art production gear, software and DJ equipment. The duo hails from SoCal where the new Binary Hertz sound is being produced. Binary Hertz productions will be released through Radioactive Records, also based in SoCal. Radioactive Records is an American music label owned and operated by Emerald City Management Partners, a private equity, marketing and public relations firm based in Seattle, WA.

Matty Spangler started DJ'ing in Arizona 20 years ago where he began playing the underground music scene and quickly progressed into a mainstay role at numerous large nightclubs in the Southwest. Matty then joined forces with London West Records (LWR) in Phoenix, and eventually took over ownership. London West Records became the hub of the dance music scene in Phoenix. Matty and LWR were involved in DJ'ing, DJ bookings at clubs and raves, professional audio repair, promotions, selling event tickets, producing / promoting DJ mixes, and managing hundreds of events. In addition, Matty worked closely with Relentless Beats, the EDM powerhouse in AZ today. They met and worked together at the nightclub Myst House 7340 for nearly six years and this was the catalyst that brought underground dance music to the main stream in Arizona. Furthermore, Matty was involved with Earthdance for about three years (in the late 2000's), managing multiple stages and never missing the opportunity to hit the stage himself. In 2005, Matty won the New Times DJ competition and played at Ultra Music Fest in Miami. Matty has since become increasingly involved in music production releasing several tracks under Matty Spangler (progressive) and Nick Papageorgio (Deep House).
Jeremy Bruce Lee Miller started Dj'ing over 20 years ago and has played mostly trance, techno, big room, and some house music. As "DJ N10CT", he consistently played clubs throughout the West Coast. Additionally, Jeremy worked with Seismic Productions, where he began his infatuation with music production in a professional studio. Seismic Productions had studios in Los Angeles, and did a variety of desert underground shows. Jeremy released a DJ album (Mental Ecstasy: DJ N10CT) through Tower Records, and capitalized on his successful CD release playing clubs and underground venues across the United States. Jeremy followed his own success to Spain, where he hit most every major venue for more than 3 years. More recently, Jeremy has been heavily involved in music production in professional studios in Vancouver, Los Angeles, and Hawaii.
In 2015, Jeremy and Matty joined together (and built a studio) in Southern California. Together they formed Binary Hertz. Their music touches on many genres of EDM with an emphasis on Electro, Trance, Progressive House, Funky Big Room Grooves and Techy House. Every one of their releases, be it a new track or a DJ mix, are uniquely tailored for the Big Room and are specifically created to be showcased during the peak of the party. Through Binary Hertz, they recently released "Get the Picture", and have also started a new radio show titled "RadioActive Sessions" hosted on MixCloud.
Stated legendary Top House Music DJ, Donald Glaude, "Binary Hertz is an act 2 lookout for in 2016, a musical Powerhouse! I am looking forward to working with them in the coming year!"

About Binary Hertz
The vision of Binary Hertz is to embrace the current styles of EDM while at the same time influencing the next generation of dance music. Binary Hertz are more than just another DJ or production group; they are creating a platform, one piece at a time, which will revolutionize dance music as we know it today. We will do this by utilizing our collective professional talents as musicians, DJ's, producers, studio engineers, and promoters. Not only will these traits contribute to the production of dance music of the highest quality, but they will positively impact the dance music community in its entirety.
Our monthly podcast will feature our latest track or edit, along with the newest and best dance music from across the globe. Along with some popular DJ "hammers", a large portion of our musical focus (of our podcast) will be to find a "diamond in the rough" amongst the thousands of tracks released upon the world each day. We will dig deeply to find new artists and labels to help showcase them to the dance music community.
