JEMTEC announces grant of stock options

VANCOUVER, Dec. 4, 2015 /CNW/ - JEMTEC (TSX-V:JTC) ("JEMTEC" or the "Company"), the leading provider of integrated technology systems for community based corrections in Canada, announced today that effective December 3, 2015, the Board of Directors approved a grant of stock options to directors and officers in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.

The grant of options to directors and officers is for 346,830 stock options at an exercise price of $0.345 per share, expiring December 2, 2020. The options are subject to an 18 month vesting schedule with 1/6 of the options being released initially and 1/6 every three months thereafter
